/> This is a large multi surgery practice accommodating dentists with expertise in each specialist branch of dentistry thus all referrals are treated 'in house'. Although the practice has a contract with the PCT to provide NHS dentistry the practice also provides a huge proportion of private dentistry and has developed its own private capitation scheme. This ensures that dentists within the practice have the ability to provide more complex and rewarding treatments and supplement their income substantially. The support provided by the practice and the extremely successful business model, means gross annual fees of £300000 to £400000 (50% payable to the dentist) and above are easily achievable.
