Students: “Anxiety but we have plates B”
The new access to Medicine and Surgery without the test starts on September 1: 53,825 enrolled, of which 70% students are. The largest number is recorded at Sapienza (4810), at Federico II of Naples (3140), in Bologna (2635), in Padua (2629), in Turin (2321) and Rome Tor Vergata (2100). Registrations this year did not see a boom of candidates: the number of participants who took the test in July 2024 was 56,838, while 55,175 had been in May. Probably, having to take the three exams at the end of the open semester, discouraged a part of the possible candidates. “I certainly have a plan B, which is nursing. But point to stay here in Medicine, hoping to stay in Tor Vergata”. “The boys will have access to the semester filter, both online and in presence, this will allow them to settle in,” said Levialdi Ghiron, Rector of Tor Vergata.
