Big Brother VIP is ready to reopen the Red Door. The cast of the new edition, which will debut on Tuesday 17 March in prime time on Canale 5, was announced through the official social profiles of the reality show.
Ilary Blasi returns to host, while in the studio the role of commentators will be entrusted to Selvaggia Lucarelli and Cesara Buonamici, called to comment on the dynamics, strategies and inevitable tensions that will arise in the most watched house in Italy.
The program, produced by Endemol Shine Italy, focuses as always on a mix of television faces, entertainment personalities and figures already known to the reality TV audience. There are 16 competitors who will cross the Red Door to officially start the new season.

According to what was communicated by the official channels of the program, the protagonists of this edition will be:
Francesca Manzini, Adrian Volpe, Ibiza Altea, Paola Caruso, Antonella Elia, Barbara Prezia, Lucia Ilardo, Alessandra Mussolini, Marco Berry, Raimondo Todaro, Giovanni Calvario, Dario Cassini, Nicolò Brigante, Raul Dumitras, Renato Biancardi and GionniScandal.
A heterogeneous group that mixes television personalities, faces from entertainment and figures already known to the reality TV audience, destined to create unpredictable dynamics from the first weeks.
Among the most recognizable names stand out Francesca Manzini, imitator and television presenter, Antonella Elia, historical face of Italian television, and Alessandra Mussolini, political and television figure who promises to bring a decidedly strong character into the house.
There is also anticipation for Raimondo Todaro, a dancer and choreographer much loved by the public, and for Marco Berry, known for his career in television and entertainment.
Paola Caruso reveals everything to Verissimo
The first confirmation had already arrived in the last few hours. Paola Caruso, a guest in Verissimo’s living room, in fact announced her participation in the reality show to Silvia Toffanin, effectively confirming the rumors that had been circulating about the cast for days.
The official announcement on the program’s social networks then completed the picture, revealing all the names of the competitors ready to start the adventure.
