INPS payments July 2026, the complete calendar: pensions, single allowance, NASpI and fourteenth

INPS payments July 2026, all the dates to mark: pensions, fourteenth, single allowance, NASpI, inclusion allowance, SFL and Purchasing Card.

With the beginning of July, one of the most sought-after events by pensioners, families, the unemployed and beneficiaries of the main social benefits returns: the INPS payment calendar. From pensions to the single allowance, from NASpI to the inclusion allowance, from support for training and work to the Purchasing Card, the month opens with a series of credits which affect millions of Italians and which, in many cases, represent a fundamental item in the family budget.

July is also a particularly eagerly awaited month for pensioners because, together with the ordinary instalment, the fourteenth installment also arrives for those who meet the required requirements. An additional sum that is not payable to everyone, but which is automatically recognized by INPS to beneficiaries who fall within the contribution and income thresholds established by law.

Pensions, payment from 1 July

For pensioners who receive the credit to a bank or postal current account, the payment of the July 2026 pension started from Wednesday 1 July, the first day of the month for banking operations.

Those who withdraw their pension in cash at Poste Italiane counters must follow the recommended alphabetical order based on the initial of their surname. This is not an obligation, but a useful measure to avoid queues and excessive waiting in post offices, especially in the first days of the month, when the turnout is traditionally higher.

Furthermore, the limit for cash payment remains: withdrawal is only permitted for amounts not exceeding 1,000 euros net. Anyone who must receive higher sums must indicate to INPS a bank or postal current account, or a different credit instrument. Holders of a savings book, BancoPosta or Postepay Evolution account can instead use the Postamat branches directly.

The fourteenth also arrives in July

With the July 2026 monthly payment, INPS also pays the fourteenth salary to pensioners who are at least 64 years old and meet the required contribution and income requirements. Accreditation occurs automatically for those who meet the requirements by July 31st.

However, anyone who turns 64 in 2026 or retires during the year will receive the amount, if due, with the December instalment. The amounts are not the same for everyone, but vary based on the years of contributions and personal income.

The fourteenth is indicated on the July payslip and also communicated through MyInps and the IO app. Anyone who does not receive it, despite believing they are entitled to it, can submit an application for reconstitution via the INPS portal or by contacting a charity. The Institute will then carry out income checks and, in case of sums not owed, will proceed with the recovery.

Single check, two payment windows

For the single universal allowance of July 2026 there are two crediting windows. Already beneficiary families, who have not submitted a new application and have not had changes in the amount, will receive the payment between 20 and 21 July.

Those who have submitted a new application, or have registered changes in their ISEE or family composition, will have to wait until the last week of the month. In these cases, in fact, INPS must update the position and recalculate the amount due before proceeding with the credit.

NASpI and Dis-Coll, different dates for each beneficiary

For NASpI and Dis-Coll there is no single payment date valid for everyone. The July credit depends on several factors: the starting date of the service, the date of submission of the application, the processing times of the application, any suspensions and the presence of income communications.

Those who receive the NASpI for the first time may have to wait longer, because the INPS must complete the investigation of the application before arranging the payment. To check the effective date of accreditation, you must access the citizen’s social security file on the Institute’s website, using Spid, Cie or Cns.

The same verification methods apply to recipients of Dis-Coll, the allowance granted to collaborators who involuntarily lose their jobs.

Inclusion allowance, first payment on July 15th

For the Inclusion Allowance, in the event of a positive outcome of the investigation and the digital activation agreement, the first payment for July is expected from 15 July.

For applications already accepted and in the presence of confirmation of the requirements, the amounts relating to the monthly renewal will be available on the inclusion cards from 28 July. Also in this case it is important to check your personal position, because any suspensions, changes or checks on the requirements can affect the crediting times.

Support for training and work, accreditations from 15 and 28 July

Training and employment support follows a similar timetable to that of the inclusion allowance. The measure, intended for beneficiaries considered employable and included in training or job re-placement courses, provides for a monthly contribution of 500 euros.

For applications sent to INPS after the 15th of the previous month, accreditation is expected from 15th July. For requests submitted by the 15th of the same month and for payments subsequent to the first, the availability of the sums is expected from 28 July.

Starting from 15 July, the purchase card will also be recharged, which is topped up every two months with 80 euros. The measure is intended for citizens aged at least 65 and children under three years of age, in this case with a card in the parent’s name, provided that certain economic requirements are met.

From 1 January 2026, following the adjustment linked to inflation, the ISEE limits for access to the Purchasing Card have been updated. For children under three years of age and for citizens between 65 and 70 years of age, the maximum threshold is set at 8,230.81 euros, while for those over 70 the income limit rises to 10,974.42 euros, although the ISEE threshold remains unchanged. Applications must be submitted using the updated forms, available in post offices and on the institutional websites of INPS, Poste Italiane, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Labour.

How to check your credits

To check the actual dates of INPS payments for July 2026, the main channel remains the citizen’s social security file, accessible from the Institute’s website with Spid, Cie or Cns. From there you can check the status of your benefits, payment arrangements and any details relating to credits.

In case of delays, doubts or amounts not corresponding to what was expected, it is possible to contact INPS or contact a charitable organisation. The general calendar provides the payment windows, but the precise date may vary based on the individual position of the beneficiary, the processing of the application and the presence of any checks on the requirements.
