Daniela Ferrari, mother of Andrea Semplio, clarifies his relationship with Antonio, the ex -firefighter listened to by the carabinieri in the new investigative vein on the Garlasco case. According to the investigators, a message sent on the day of the crime and the version of the former policeman could question Andrea’s alibi based on a receipt.
Andrea Semplio’s mother, currently investigated for the crime of Garlasco, returns to clarify her relationship with the former firefighter Antonio B., also listened to by the investigators regarding a suspicion regarding a ticket to the Vigevano parking lot, dated the morning of the murder of Chiara Poggi. In particular, it was assumed that that coupon was not of a semium, but of the mother.
According to Andrea Semplio’s statements to the investigators, on the morning of August 13, 2007 he was at home with his father, waiting for the mother to end some commissions. Only later would he take the woman’s car to go to Vigevano.
But why does the prosecutor’s prosecutor’s prosecutor’s office between Daniela Ferrari and the former firefighters? Two messages would emerge from the telephone records exchanged just that morning between the two, with the second at 9:09, a time when Antonio B. was on duty in Vigevano, near the parking lot where Semplio said he had left the car. According to investigators, the receipt preserved for years by the mother may not belong to the son, but to her. The semium family, however, rejects all charges: “They hadn’t seen each other for twenty years. The messages? Just wishes, there is nothing relevant ».
Regarding the parking ticket as possible alibi for Andrea Semve, his relevance appears marginal, Since the time indicated would not correspond to that of Chiara Poggi’s death. However, Daniela Ferrari is categorical: that coupon belongs to her son and not to her. In an interview with Telelombardia he said: “We have seen each other 3-4 times. He did not live in Vigevano, he did not live in Gambolò. He lived from the other side. “
When asked about what the fireman could have said to unleash so much hype, he replied: «So, from what I remember, but at this point a doubt can come to me about anything. I never met this person in Vigevano. If they had seen me, that I know, from the other side it can be. And it seems strange to me that he said he remembers having seen me in Vigevano when we have never seen each other in Vigevano. Because it is what it seems strange to me. I don’t know what it may have said, I don’t know. I have no idea, I have no idea ».
Daniela also specified that there were no quarrels in the family After the emergence of the suspicions about the former fireman: “He has his friends, I have my friends. This is one who tried with everyone, from 0 to 90 as long as they breathe ».
He added that he had always held the former policeman at bay and reiterated that the two were simply friends, without ever having met in Vigevano, feeling over the years only for Christmas greetings. The last time he saw him in person he dates back to 2009, at the funeral of Antonio B.’s mother, in Garlasco: “The last time I met him physically in person was in 2009. That we already felt more, because he had another partner, at his mother’s funeral here in Garlasco.”
On the other hand, the former firefighter was known in the village, where many called him “Mandrillone”. Daniela Ferrari concludes: «It has always been like this. Because then he is convinced that he is beautiful, very intelligent … Even if they find messages of him who makes provocations, they also find my answers. The only sure thing is that I went to Gambolò, I went back to 10 less 10 and my son was at home. And on this it doesn’t rain ».
The defense of Semplio: “Andrea does not know that man”
Antonio B. has been listened twice by investigators. Its version would contrast with that of Daniela Ferrari, leading the prosecutor to hypothesize that Andrea Semutio’s mother may have provided an alibi not entirely precise to the son. The investigators would have wanted to formally contest the receipt and the movements of that morning, but this did not happen.
The command of the firefighters, where Antonio B. was located, is a few meters from the area where the receipt was found. During an interrogation in the barracks, Daniela Ferrari had an illness after hearing the name of the former firefighter and made use of the right not to answer.
Andrea Semplio’s lawyers categorically deny any involvement: «Our client has never heard of this person, nor has he ever seen it. Any attempt to tie the two families is without foundation and is based on mere suggestions ».
The lawyer Angela Taccia finally underlined how Andrea is “very irritated for how his mother was treated, already fragile and tested by the situation”.
