Organizing a demonstration demanding “truth and justice”, as if the Prosecutor’s Office were not investigating the case, is an irresponsible act. Or cynical. The left has once again demonstrated whose side it is on
Anyone who calls a rally to demand truth and justice evidently believes that up to now there has been neither one nor the other, otherwise there would be no reason to call a demonstration aimed at calling for both. If you have been involved in politics for years, and what’s more, you have some important institutional position, you cannot fail to know that even allowing a glimpse of serious misdeeds by law enforcement agencies it helps to excite the minds of the troublemakers. Finally, if you know the people you are dealing with and who you have summoned to the streets, and you know that many of them can’t wait to get their hands loose and not only that, either you are an irresponsible person who incites the crowd or you are a cynical person ready to exploit any opportunity in order to seek consensus even in the most extreme fringes of the electorate.
Of course Matteo Leporemayor of Bologna who called the silent demonstration in the name of Fakir Abderrahimhe can’t play dumb and say that he had nothing to do with the clashes the other night.
