From Single Allowance to parental leave, up to bonuses for working mothers. INPS is about to launch a new dedicated platform, with over fifty digital services for parents
Single allowance, parental leave, nursery bonus… it’s hard to navigate online questions and procedures. Stop, goodbye to the jungle of links and scattered pages. INPS will launch the new Family and Parenting Portal. A new digital space that will bring together all the main services dedicated to parents.
Inps the new Family and Parenting Portal is arriving: a single digital space for mothers and fathers
In reality, the portal has already existed since 2023, but until now it only offered some information functions and fragmented services. With the new version, from a simple archive of forms and links it will become a “digital one-stop shop”, with simplified navigation, direct access to all services and a completely renewed interface, faster and more intuitive even from smartphones. The announcement came from the president of INPS, Gabriele Fava. The new portal will offer around fifty digital services, organized according to the main phases of family life: pre-birth, birth, parenting, education and work. So you will find in one place everything about: maternity protection, parental leave, single allowance, the various bonuses, scholarships, post-maternity return support measures and contributions for working parents.
The platform will be accessible via SPID, CIE or CNS, and will offer guided paths, personalized simulations based on ISEE, and real-time notifications on payments and applications in progress.
Family and Parenting Portal: times and new services
The new Family Portal follows the model of the INPS Youth Portal, launched in June 2025 and already used by over 1.5 million users. And in the future, the platform will also include a geolocation function for proximity services. In practice, families will be able to find counseling centers, family centers, paediatricians, psychological or educational offices in their area in just a few clicks. After an initial test phase already successfully concluded, the official launch of the Portal is scheduled for the beginning of 2026, but INPS does not rule out a beta version in the next few weeks, with the main functions active.
