An IPSOS research on the 18-35-year band highlights how, although sport is perceived as pleasure, well-being and sociality, only 38% of young people practice it regularly. Lack of time, laziness and a sense of inadequacy are among the most common obstacles, showing how important it is to support individual motivation.
Just in this context Cisalfa Sport launches the new campaign “Listen only to your desire for sport”. An invitation to rediscover sport as a regenerating personal experience and not as an obligation. The concept tells the inner dialogue that accompanies every return to sport, that voice that sometimes demotive but that can become an ally if listened to in the right way. Through an approach centered on wellness and personal growth, the campaign invites to break the resistance, start again with energy and live sport as a conscious choice, away from pressure and comparisons.
