Franz Wilhelm Baruffaldi Preis he is “the magician of leather”. Director of the burns and reconstructive plastic surgery center at the Niguarda hospital in Milan, he is currently involved in the care of the children involved in the fire at the “Le Constellation” restaurant in Crans – Montana.
Professor Preis is among the doctors who treated the Olympian Bebe Vio and has dealt with many complex cases over the years, also treating the victims of dramatic accidents such as the Viareggio train disaster in 2009. He is a founding member of the European Society for teaching and research in plastic surgery and author of many scientific publications.
