After the summer break and the stage in Washington, Giorgia Meloni returns to the Rimini meeting: “This is a place of dialogue”
“It is an honor to be here: this event is a real square of dialogue.” With these words Giorgia Meloni has opened his speech to the Rimini meeting, the first as Prime Minister. The leader of Fratelli d’Italia had already participated in the 2022 edition, a few months before the elections that would take her to Palazzo Chigi.
The premier returned to the meeting after the summer break spent between Greece and Puglia, followed by the stage in Washington together with the other European leaders. Upon his arrival he was welcomed by the president of the Meeting Foundation, Bernhard Scholz, by the mayor of Rimini Jamil Sadegholvaad and the prefect Giuseppina Cassone. The entrance to the room was accompanied by a long applause, while someone among the public shouted: “Viva Giorgia!”.
