In turnover down over 16 million after Pandoro Gate

In 2024 the TBS Crew company went from 17.6 to 1.3 million euros in revenues. After the scandal, many contracts suspended and halved the salary of Ferragni.

TBS Crew Srl’s 2024 budget, the historic company founded by Chiara Ferragni, records a turnover of turnover: from 17.66 million euros of 2023 to 1.3 million. The drop involved the transition from a net profit of 4.4 million to a loss of 2.28 million euros, compensated only in part by the reserves accumulated in previous years. In the management report, Ferragni attributes the negative result to the repercussions of the Pandoro Gate, specifying that “numerous commercial relations have been suspended” and that “the company currently operates with a limited commercial activity”.

No recovery scheduled in 2025

Even for 2025 a customer recovery is not expected. The forecast document approved by the administrative body indicates a level of revenues “in line with the previous year” and a policy oriented to containing costs. The plan includes a renovation of the operating structure, the rationalization of commercial contracts and a monitoring of the current judicial events, which remain a decisive factor for the recovery.

Cuts to staff and salary

Following the drop in activity, the staff was reduced from 16 to 14 units. Ferragni also halved its fee as a single administrator, bringing it from 320,004 euros in 2023 to 160,000 in 2024. The liquidity in the cash – about 9 million euros – allows for now to the company to support the losses, but in the absence of a significant recovery of revenues, it will be necessary to continue with the reduction measures.
