Maserati Trident Stars: the new Trident constellation is born

On the occasion of the centenary of the Trident logo, Maserati presents Trident Starsan innovative project that takes the symbol of the Brand beyond the boundaries of time and space, transforming it into a constellation in the sky. By drawing its own emblem in the firmament and associating it with the people who contributed to building and safeguarding its identity, Maserati pays homage to a global community, united by the same values ​​and the same passion.

Conceived as a symbolic gesture that transforms the bond with the Trident into a light destined to shine over time, the project is part of the broader program of initiatives aimed at paying homage to the 100 years of the iconic logowhich first appeared in the legendary Tipo 26 that won the Targa Florio racing competition in 1926.

Located between the constellations of Leo and the Shepherd, Trident Stars it is made up of 100 stars chosen by Maserati in collaboration with Maurizio Pajola and Anna Lucchetti, researchers at the INAF-Astronomical Observatory of Padua, and arranged to form the unmistakable shape of the brand’s symbol. Each star is dedicated to a personality who contributed to building the Maserati identity: loyal customers, friends of the Brand and employees. Among these also collectors of vintage cars, owners of Maserati Fuoriserie models, Brand Ambassadors and gentlemen drivers who, respecting the racing soul of the brand, take the GT2 and MCXtrema supercars to the track.

Each star lives in a double dimension, digital and real. In fact, it can be translated into a unique digital work, certified on blockchain and by smart contracts, and be accompanied by a certificate from a real star, physically present in space.

The project Trident Stars it will also be told through an immersive and engaging experience expressed on a dedicated website, social content and digital initiatives to culminate in the delivery of a dedicated kit, moment in which the bond celebrated in the sky will take shape in the hands of those who inspired it.

With Trident StarsTherefore, Maserati looks to the stars to make eternal what the Trident has represented for a hundred years: audacity, excellence and passion destined to shine beyond time.

Values ​​that still take shape today in the new GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale, a contemporary expression of the same DNA that the Trident has always held.
