A great generational party with sets inspired by the Nineties, the cameo of Amadeus and a setlist full of hits,
The tour started with a huge crowd and a sold out of over 27 thousand spectators “Max Forever – The Golden Years of Stadiums 2026” by Max Pezzali. The debut, which took place on Sunday 7 June at the Teghil Stadium in Lignano Sabbiadoro, confirmed the incredible success of the tour, which with over 650,000 tickets sold for 15 dates is already the most requested Italian tour of 2026.
After his Friulian debut, Max’s musical journey will continue in the main stadiums of the peninsula: double sold out stage in Turin on 13 and 14 June, then Naples, Rome, Bologna, Messina, Bari, Padua and the grand finale in Milan with two already sold out concerts at the San Siro stadium.
From the moment we entered the stadium, the public was catapulted into a real time machine headed to the nineties. A huge stage dominated by denim aesthetics, from screens to floor, was the setting for a show constructed as a collective celebration of a decade that continues to live on in the imagination of multiple generations.
The first act of the show, entitled “FestivalMax”is an explicit homage to the great television music festivals of the time. The evening opened with a special cameo from Amadeus, the symbolic face of that television season, who introduced Max Pezzali to the tune of “Tieni il tempo”, “Bella vera” and “Lalungestatehotssima”.
The festive atmosphere continued with one of the most anticipated moments of the evening: during “You are a myth”, accompanied in the finale by quotes from famous dance hits of the nineties, the iconic puppets from Max’s world, also protagonists of “Journey to the Center of the World”, entered the scene.
After the explosion of energy, the show changed tone, leaving room for emotions. The notes of “The universe except us” and “There are also me” with the audience as protagonists of a large collective choir.
