For Alessio’s father, he “was in love with Martina, not obsessed. He had discovered that she spoke with another boy and this shocked her”
Domenico Tucci gave an interview with Tgcom24’s microphones, expressing his pain and position after the confession of his son Alessio, the 19 year old accused of the murder of Martina Carbonaro, the 14 -year -old girl killed in Afragola (Naples).
“I don’t even know how to explain what my son did. He will pay, but I am still the father and everyone with his children takes his responsibilities. I will not even abandon him from afar, I will always follow him”, He declared visibly shaken in front of his home.
During the interview, Tucci recalled the relationship that his family had with Martina. “Martina was like a daughter for me and my wife”explained. Then he let himself go to words of despair and disbelief: “I apologize to the whole world. My son is a good boy, we didn’t think he could do such a thing. He said that Martina was with another boy and wanted to find out who this boy was”.
To the question of journalists about a previous warning given by his wife to Martina’s mother, Tucci confirmed: “Yes, my wife told him why he had found that he attended more than one boy”.
Domenico Tucci then tried to describe the emotional state of the son before the tragic gesture: “My son was not obsessed, he was in love with Martina and were growing together”he said. “She saw that she chatted with another and this led him to despair. He wanted to find out who Martina’s new boyfriend was”.
Marcello Carbonaro, father of the victim, also recalled the moments of the research in which Alessio was present with pain. “I had my daughter’s killer in the car and I didn’t know. When I called him he told me ‘he made his way and I mine’. Alessio told me he was going to take a shower, he threw his hoe on his feet: after the murder, he returned home, he went to take a shower, ate and came out”told with bitterness.
Enza Cossentino, Martina’s mother, also spoke with journalists, asking for life sentence for the manager. “Those who hurt her will pay. A shower took place, that is, the dirty clothes of the crime took off and it is not known where they ended. Alessio came to do the research with us and now I am metabolizing that the arrest took place at my house. Now that I no longer have my daughter, I don’t know who I am giving me this strength. Maybe my angels: my mother, my father and my daughter”he said in tears.
Enza then recalled an episode that now takes on a disturbing meaning: “Three weeks ago I learned that Alessio slapped my daughter, I had a dinner at home and we couldn’t speak. Then in my daughter my daughter he said he had endured a lot, also a slap, and that I was wrong to accept these things. My daughter always spoke to me well of her boyfriend, but today I have the doubt that she happened more and that she kept silent”.
