Art, design and Mediterranean atmosphere
For the 2026 season Nikki Beach Monte Carlo chooses to start from a new image, more contemporary but always rooted in the spirit of the French Riviera. Upon entering the rooftop, guests are greeted by a mural signed by the local artist Charlotte Colta work inspired by the light of the Riviera which dialogues with the architecture of the space and immediately introduces the aesthetic dimension of the place.

The double beds overlooking the sea and the more private cabanas allow you to choose between social moments and more intimate breaks, while the lounge invites you to stop in front of a glass of champagne or a signature cocktail, with the Mediterranean becoming the natural backdrop to every conversation.
A cuisine that tells the story of the Mediterranean
The gastronomic offer also evolves, with a menu that looks to the Mediterranean but does not give up a cosmopolitan vision. Fresh ingredients, international suggestions and particular attention to the aesthetics of the dish give life to a cuisine designed to accompany the whole day.
The culinary direction is entrusted to Alessandro PizzaCorporate Executive Chef of Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, with daily supervision from the chef Thomas Roux and the collaboration of Laurent SmeuldersExecutive Chef of the Fairmont Monte Carlo. The result is a proposal that alternates light dishes perfect for lunch with creations to share during the golden hour, when the sunset light makes the rooftop one of the most spectacular places on the Riviera.
