AND “Sorry cuss Lo Siento” by Penguins Tactical Nucleari the winning song of RTL 102.5 Power Hits Summer 2026the recognition awarded every year to the protagonist songs of the Italian summer season.
The band led by Riccardo Zanotti thus wins the main prize of the 2026 edition, at the end of a summer which saw the single establish itself among the most listened to and broadcast songs of recent months.
Alongside the main recognition, category prizes created in collaboration with FIMI, PMI and SIAE were also awarded, which capture the performance of the record market, radio programming and live music.
The RTL 102.5 Power Hits Summer 2026 Award – FIMIintended for the best-selling Italian single in the period between 29 May and 27 August 2026 based on NIQ Italia data, went to Samurai Jay For “Obsession”.
The RTL 102.5 Power Hits Award Summer 2026 – PMIawarded to the independent single most played on the radio between 31 May and 28 August, was won by Angelina Mango and Marco Mengoni with “Song of love”.
TO Sal Da Vinciwith “Lipstick and coffee”went the RTL 102.5 Power Hits Summer 2026 Award – SIAEreserved for the most performed song published in 2025 or 2026 in musical events organized in Italy between 1 June and 28 August.
Not just individuals. RTL 102.5 also awarded the disc that dominated the market in the last year. The Power Hits Top Albums 2026awarded to the best-selling album between August 29, 2025 and August 27, 2026 according to NIQ Italia data, was awarded to Olly For “All life”.
The victory of the Nuclear Tactical Penguins thus symbolically closes the 2026 summer music season, while the collateral prizes return a rather transversal photograph of the protagonists of the last year: from sales to radio streaming, up to the songs that have found greater space on Italian stages.
