The Italian completes his extraordinary palmares at the European diving championships by winning the synchro paired with Elisa Pizzini. His brother Lorenzo, footballer: “I taught him how to dive”
Before the European Championships he had said it, partly out of good luck and partly because he really believed it. Why Chiara Pellacani he knows what he is worth and he demonstrated it in these European championships in Paris by winning his fifth gold medal in as many races. “Every gold medal has a different meaning and they are all important. If I have to choose, the synchro with Matti, the individual 3 meter race and this one today of which I am proud. It was used to see our level. Eleven golds
Chiara Pellacani, the European queen of diving, thus he achieved the 11th gold of his career at the European Championships. The footballer brother
Chiara is a financier and is a member of MR Sport F.lli Marconi. She is coached by Tommaso Marconi. For two years she attended Louisiana State University before transferring to the University of Miami, where she majored in psychology and is now pursuing a master’s degree in sports management. The American experience changed his career: more races, more high-level matches, different pace. Brother Lorenzo he is also a sportsman: today he is 25 years old and after growing up in the youth teams of Lazio and Bologna he plays in Serie D with Gelbison, a club from Campania. He is a striker who likes to score and provide assists. He has always tried to imitate the Argentine champion Angel Di Maria and jokes about his sister’s successes: “I taught him how to dive…”.
