The new season will open Pretty Womanthe contemporary fairy tale directed by Garry Marshall which in 1990 consecrated Julia Roberts as a global icon and strengthened the myth of Richard Gere. The film will return to cinemas only on 9, 10, 11 and 14 Februaryon the occasion of Valentine’s Day, in restored version in 4Kto be rediscovered in its original cinematic dimension.
With beyond 463 million dollars in grosses worldwide, Pretty Woman is one of the biggest romantic comedy hits ever. The love story between Vivian and Edward has spanned the decades without losing strength, transforming into a symbolic story capable of influencing fashion, pop language and mass culture.
