With the ISEE up to 25 thousand euros, the extraordinary contribution is accessed. No question, but the registration of the contract is needed
The 200 euros of the Bollette bonus arrive. From June the disbursement of the extraordinary contribution approved by the Government last February in the Bollette Decree and converted in law in April. Now the families who have the right will begin to see the 200 euros accredited directly in the bill, without having to submit any questions. The only fundamental requirements are the valid ISEE (up to 25 thousand euros) and the ownership of the light and gas supply contract.
Who is entitled to the 2025 bill bonus: new ISEE requirements and how to get it
The 200 euro bonus is up to families with an ISEE up to 25 thousand euros. This expands the audience of the beneficiaries compared to the ordinary social bonus, so far limited to those who had an ISEE less than 9,530 euros (or 20 thousand euros in the presence of at least four dependent children). Families already benefiting from the social bonus will receive an integration, bringing the total up to 500 euros. For all the others, however, which fall within the limits of family ISEE up to 25 thousand euros, the contribution is 200 euros. What do you need to do? The supply contract must be registered to the applicant, otherwise the bonus is not recognized. And you have to have presented or present the ISEE 2025. And the new calculation rules exclude government bonds and postal booklets of up to 50 thousand euros, thus allowing many families to return within the limits planned. The estimate is that with the new ISEE rules are 3 million more than expected the families who will return to the parameters to have the special contribution.
How the contribution will be paid and when it comes to the bill
The INPS has already started to transmit the list of beneficiaries to the integrated information system (SII). Based on this information, the supplies managers will have three months to apply the discount on the bill. According to what is communicated by Arera and GSE, families entitled will begin to receive the contribution between June and September 2025. The government estimates that, thanks to the new bonus, families will be able to save up to 300 euros per year on the electricity bill and 200 euros on that of the gas. The expansion of the ISEE threshold and the reform of its calculation make the size potentially accessible to over 8 million families.
