The first wearable exoskeleton: easier hiking and cycling

The Navee Exo S Pro in carbon fiber launched on the market on July 1st: reduces muscle strain and the feeling of fatigue

Navee Exo S Pro it is the brand’s first wearable exoskeletal robot, officially presented in Italy. With this new product, Navee enters the world of wearable robotics and expands its vision of intelligent mobility towards all-terrain exploration. Traditionally associated with science fiction, industry or highly specialized professional contexts, exoskeletons are today starting to find applications closer to everyday life. Exos S Pro combines extreme lightness, high power, extended autonomy and an intelligent response to the user’s movements. The result is a wearable device designed to reduce effort, preserve long-term energy and make the experience of movement more natural.

How it’s done

Made in carbon fiber And aerospace grade aluminum alloyhas a net weight of 1.8kg. The structure is designed to distribute the weight in a balanced way on the body, reducing the perception of bulk during prolonged use. The device integrates soft, breathable and skin-friendly materials, along with an ergonomic construction designed to adapt to the body and accompany its movements. It is also designed to integrate with outdoor equipment: the structure of the exoskeleton does not interfere with the use of backpacks and pockets. There peak power is 980W. The device helps reduce physical effort up to 35%making movement more fluid and less tiring, especially on routes characterized by uphills, downhills and continuous changes of pace.

Artificial intelligence

At the heart of Navee Exo S Pro is the AI-powered real-time motion tracking system, designed to constantly monitor the user’s movement and adapt assistance in real time. The system supports 10 action recognition modesdetecting and interpreting movements with latency in the order of milliseconds. This allows the exoskeleton to provide support at the right time, without anticipating or forcing the user’s natural gesture. In outdoor activities it allows to trekking enthusiasts to tackle longer distances and more complex routes, reducing the fatigue accumulated over time. During cyclinghelps reduce leg fatigue during intense outings. In lifting and carrying activities, it helps relieve pressure on the joints of the lower body, reducing muscle strain and the feeling of fatigue.

Autonomy

Autonomy is up to 40,000 steps with a single charge. This feature makes it suitable for prolonged outdoor activities, daily excursions and professional uses that require constant support. The battery gives 5000mAh it is positioned on the back of the device and is easily replaceable. The quick-change system allows you to change the battery in seconds, offering greater flexibility during longer activities. Thanks to the function of 20W reverse chargingEXO S Pro can transform into a portable power bank to power your smartphone, action camera or other electronic devices during outdoor activities. The system is designed to operate in variable climate conditions, with an operating range between -10°C and 45°Ca particularly useful feature for those who practice outdoor activities throughout the year. The IP54 certification allows you to deal with dust, splashes and less than ideal weather conditions. It can be managed via app available for iOS and Androidallowing the user to monitor and adjust the user experience according to their needs. It will be available starting from July 1, 2026 at the recommended price of €1,099 on: Navee website, Amazon, Unieuro, Mediamarkt, Expert, Euronics, Trony and IsyTravel. From July, users will be able to try the product at some selected stores in Italy, Tuscany, Lazio, Sicily, Lombardy, Trentino Alto Adige, Abruzzo, Emila-Romagna, Piedmont and Liguria, directly experiencing the experience of using the wearable exoskeleton.
