Milan, capital of wellness with the third edition of Wellness Week. Starting today and until Sunday 11 October, the city, in fact, opens up to the world of good habits, movement and mental health thanks to a rich program of activities. Created by CIAOMONDO.world, Licia Florio’s community, the wellness week arrives at a time of great attention to well-being, understood as a set of activities and disciplines aimed at improving the quality of life. The initiative, which last year involved over five thousand people with more than 120 live events, has chosen as its common thread Stronger Togetheri.e. the idea that sharing is fundamental for us all to be well. «Stronger Together was born from the belief that our well-being is deeply linked to that of the people around us», explained the founder of the platform which offers over 150 hours of live classes every month, «Being strong together means creating connections, supporting each other, sharing energy and generating new ways of feeling good». Thus the Milan Wellness Week develops between outdoor sports and transversal experiences, in a vision of well-being that goes far beyond physical movement. In the lineup, in fact, in addition to classicssuch as yoga, pilates, walking and training, there is no shortage of appointments on breathing, reflections on longevity, workshops and sound experiences. In detail, the path starts from the studies and schools involved – Aethos Milan, AP8 – Brera, AP8 – Melloni, Aura Yoga, Beyond. Moscova, Beyond. Darsena, Blu Studio, Formula. House of Core, Grit+Grace, Holistic Escapes, Lo Studio Bianco, Noï, Saha Studio, Studio Ha-Tha, The Sanctuary, Spazio Garibaldi 77 and YDUN – to reach boutiques, hotels, studios, showrooms and terraces.
