Dolomiti Superski, here are refunds and vouchers: who is entitled to them and how to request them

The Antitrust has closed the investigation and accepted the re-entry plan of 12 consortia in the Dolomites. all the instructions to get some of your money back or guarantee a fight by 2029.

Refunds of part of the amount spent or vouchers to be used for the purchase of new ski passes. After more than a year, the investigation opened by the Antitrust against Dolomiti Superski and twelve related consortia has ended and the Authority accepted the return plan presented by the company which provides for an investment of 30 million euros to be made available to those who have skied in the Dolomites in three winter seasons (from 2022 to 2025) and are able to demonstrate that they have purchased non-seasonal ski passes.

The matter began in 2025 when the Consumer Rights Authority accused Dolomiti Superski and the associated valley consortia of a series of anti-competitive behaviour. The investigation was closed because the Antitrust considered the commitments made sufficient, not imposing any type of fine or sanction but starting the reimbursement phase for those who are entitled to it and will request it.

The reimbursement method is twofold: 20% on the expenditure made and certified in the period covered by the dispute, or a 30% voucher which will allow the discounted purchase of ski passes for the next three winter seasons. The recovery plan will end in spring 2029 or when the funds made available by Dolomiti Superski are exhausted.

Who is entitled to a refund or voucher?

The right can be exercised by anyone who is able to present proof of acquisition of a daily or multi-day ski pass in the winter seasons from 2022 to 2025. Seasonal ski passes and those exceeding 31 consecutive days are excluded. The measure also concerns foreign skiers.

The provision concerns ski passes purchased in 12 stations which had been accused of anti-competitive behavior: Cortina d’Ampezzo, San Vito di Cadore and Auronzo/Misurina; Skirama Plan de Corones-Kronplatz; Alta Badia; Val Gardena-Alpe di Siusi; Val di Fassa and Carezza; Alpe Lusia-San Pellegrino; Owl; Arabba-Marmolada; 3 Zinnen; Val di Fiemme-Obereggen; San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle; Rio Pusteria-Bressanone.

How and when can I submit the application?

In the coming months, Dolomiti Superski will open a section dedicated to refunds and vouchers within its portal. The commitment is to do it by 15 October 2026. To apply and start your application you will need to connect to the portal, register and upload the documents certifying the purchase. It can also be the receipt of the movement on the credit card, as long as the shape of the purchased ski pass is recognizable in some way.

In the same portal, the customer will be able to choose whether to receive 20% of the amount spent directly into their current account or to receive a voucher that can be spent with a 30% discount on purchases until the 2028/2029 ski season. First come, first served in the sense that the offer is until the funds made available and deemed sufficient by the Antitrust are exhausted. The order in which the requests will be checked, validated and processed by the system will prevail.
