The new phases of aggression
The new analyzes have made it possible to reconstruct the crime sequence in three dimensions based on the blood traces, including those on the telephone: Clear she was attacked near the entrance and a second time near the sofa in the living room. Subsequently the girl was moved towards the corridor where she received further blows. The third phase probably occurred near the telephone where the girl attempted the call desperate. The body was then thrown down the stairs leading to the cellar, where it was finally discovered.
This new reconstruction of the murder therefore demolishes the old version that led to the definitive conviction of Alberto Stasi at 16 years old, according to which the victim was struck by surprise in a single phase without the possibility of defending himself. The times and duration of the attack would also change, extending beyond the 23 minutes initially hypothesized: the time of death, initially placed around 9:12could now move into a range between 11:00 and 11:30. The implication of the new scenario is enormous, making theStasi’s alibi much more valid.
The hair never analyzed
According to the 2015 conviction, the murderer washed off the blood in the bathroom, but his hair Clear caught in the hands during the attack, they remained on the sink.
