Ilary Blasi is ready to return to the early evening with a new and ambitious television project. From tonight, Monday 7 April 2025, on Canale 5 debuts “The Couple”a reality game that sees her at the helm, flanked in the studio by Francesca Barra and Luca Tommassini. The program, produced by Endemol Shine Italy, puts eight couples involved – made up of famous people and ordinary people – who will compete week after week to conquer a prize pool from 1 million euros.
Each episode, broadcast live during the prime time, will see competitors face physical and mental tests. Only external challenges will be recorded in advance. The couples will have to test their bond not only to pass the tests, but also to obtain the favor of the public and remain in the race avoiding the elimination on televoting.
A key element of the game is represented by “keys”that competitors will be able to earn or lose according to the outcome of the tests. As if that were not enough, the competitors will have to coexist under the same roofsupervised day and night from the cameras.
