The trial, in front of the Mongiardo gup, should close with the sentence on June 17th.
Trial of the South Curve, the requests for condemnation for Lucci and the Ultras Milanists
The prosecutor of the DDA of Milan Paolo Storari asked for 10 years of imprisonment for Luca Luccihead of the South Milan curve charged as the principal of the attempted murder of the Ultrà Enzo Anghinelli and association for criminal aimed at attacks and extortion. One of the chapters of the trial is precisely the attempted murder of the Ultrà Rossonero Enzo Anghinelli of 2019, remained an unsolved case for years and then resolved in recent months, contesting the role of principal to the head of the South AC Milan player Luca Lucci and material executor to his deputy Daniele Cataldo. Anghinelli had saved himself miraculously after he had received pistol shots in the head, in the Porta Romana area. In the trial there are civil parties, for the damage suffered, the Serie A League, with the lawyer Salvatore Pino, Milan, with the lawyer Enrico De Castiglione, and Inter, with the lawyers Francesco Mucciarelli, Adriano Raffaelli and Caroline Hassoun.
