traces of his DNA on the sheet that covered Anastasia

Francis Kaufmann is back. But he did not return, he broke into. Once escorted, shaken and furious, the accused man of the double murder of Villa Pamphili put foot in Italy shortly before noon, on a flight of the Air Force landed in Ciampino. He had promised to “denounce everyone” and kept the style: he attacked the agents in flight, on arrival he continued to give in a growth. No declaration, only threats. It is now locked up in the protected department of the Rebibbia prison, pending the guarantee interrogation.

Biological traces on the sheet that covered Anastasia

In the meantime, the investigations of the scientific police are offering new confirmations. Under the black cloth that enveloped the corpse of Anastasia Trofimova, the 23 -year -old partner, mixed biological traces – blood and saliva – have been found for half with the genetic profile of her daughter Andromeda. A solid clue, obtained through comparison of the DNA of the newborn, who according to investigators strengthens the most dramatic reconstruction: that of the double murder.

The wrath during the flight and the transfer to Rebibbia

Kaufmann – who had already distinguished himself in Greece for having destroyed his cell – repeated the script even during the extradition trip. He screamed, accused, torn. “They beat me, I will report everyone,” he said. But now it’s not the time of words. The Roman magistrates, coordinated by the addition of Giuseppe Cascini, await him for the first interrogation. He will have to appoint an Italian lawyer.

The crime scene and the life of the margins

It was last June 7 when Rome discovered the horror. In the bushes of Villa Pamphili, one hundred meters away from each other, the lifeless bodies of Anastasia and little Andromeda, 11 months, were found. They lived there, in that green that for many is entertainment and jogging, but which was refuge and despair for them. Homeless, without running water, were washed in public fountains and slept on improvised beds, between the park and via Gregorio VII.

From “director” to suspected number one

In Rome he had passed off as director, sometimes by tenor. He was 46 years old, a persuasive voice and many names: among these also Rexal Ford. But behind artistic identities, reality has returned to impose itself with the brutality of the facts. Francis Kaufmann is no longer a character, he is a man under accusation. And this time, the eyes covered by dark lenses will not be enough to hide what he really thinks.
